(Mack) is recalling certain 2026 Anthem (AN), 2026-2027 Pioneer PR (4), Pinnacle (PI/PN), Granite (GR), and 2027 Anthem AN (4) vehicles. The wheel lug nuts may loosen and allow the wheel to detach. Built 2025-06-10 to 2025-07-03. NHTSA advises: do not drive until the repair is done. |

| 2026265 | 2026-05-29. Wheels. Issue: On certain trucks, the wheel nut(s) could loosen and cause the wheel(s) to detach. Safety Risk: A wheel separation could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a wheel that separates could create a road hazard for others. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Mack advises you not to drive your truck until the recall repairs have been completed. Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a dealership to arrange for an inspection of the wheels and hubs. Any damaged parts will be replaced. |
