| 2026230 | 2026-05-13. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the inverter for the drive unit could fail and cause a loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall only affects certain Air Pure rear-wheel drive models. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Lucid will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to each vehicle to install an advanced diagnostic software that will monitor the inverter and warn you if it detects a problem. If you see this warning, you should contact a Lucid Service Center or Lucid Customer Care to arrange for the replacement of the inverter, as necessary. |

| 2026143 | 2026-03-26. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the bolts securing the axle shafts to the drive unit may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the axle shaft(s) could separate from the drive unit and cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2025-535. This recall only affects certain Air Pure rear-wheel drive models. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Lucid will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a Lucid Service Center or Lucid Customer Care to schedule an appointment to replace the axle shaft bolts. |

As a result, the axle shaft(s) could separate from the drive unit and cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall only affects certain Air Pure rear-wheel drive models. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Lucid will notify owners by email and advise you to contact a Lucid Service Center or Lucid Customer Care to schedule an appointment to inspect and, if necessary, replace the axle shaft bolts. |

Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Lucid will notify owners by e-mail. Lucid has sent a wireless over-the-air software update to each vehicle. If you haven't yet accepted the software update, Lucid encourages you to do so. If you need assistance with this update, you should contact Lucid customer care or a Lucid service center. There is no further action needed if your vehicle has software version 2.1.30 or a later release. |
