20235782023-10-26. Electrical. Issue: In certain situations, a software problem could cause the heater temperature for the rear seats not to be monitored. As a result, the rear heated seats could stay on, even if they get too hot. Note: This problem could cause the seats to become discolored or charred. Safety Risk: Heated seats that get too hot could create the risk of a burn injury. Corrective Actions: Lucid will notify owners by email and provide instructions for how to install a software update. If you need assistance with this update, you should contact Lucid Customer Care or a Lucid service center. There is no further action needed if your vehicle has software version 2.1.26 or a later release.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
