This bulletin informs dealers that Harley-Davidson has made a software update to Digital Technician II (DT II). DIGITAL TECHNICIAN II (PART NUMBER: HD-48650). Version 26.5.2 Release Date: Week of March 30, 2026. NOTE Software version (26.4.3) will need to be manually installed only if current software version of DT II is (26.0.2). After (26.4.3) is manually installed, automatic updates will bring DT II to the latest software version. Refer to bulletin M1713 for instructions. L1024_Customer Letter2026-02-06. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. SERVICE BULLETIN L1024: LIVEWIRE ONE (LW1) INSTRUMENT MODULE REPLACEMENT (CUSTOMER LETTER). Intial Release. This bulletin informs vehicle owners that the Original Equipment (OE) Instrument Module (Part No. 70901100) has been discontinued and is no longer available to order as a replacement component for the 2021-2023 LiveWire ONE (LW1). If the Instrument Module (IM) needs to be replaced, one of the following replacement kits will be available: • Part No. 76001482 (EV 1-DOM) • Part No. 76001483 (EV 3-HDI). This kit will replace the original instrument with a 4-inch round instrument along with the supporting parts. Due to the differences in the instrument modules, appearance and functional content in this bulletin MUST be given to the vehicle owner. The attached items in this bulletin are: • Owner's Manual (OM) content to explain the operation of the new instrument module • Electrical Diagnostic Manual (EDM) content with an updated wire schematic and diagnostic procedure • Service Manual content to remove and install the round instrument module.

This bulletin informs dealers that the Original Equipment (OE) Instrument Module (Part No. 70901100) has been discontinued and is no longer available to order as a replacement componentfor the 2021-2023 LiveWire ONE (LW1). See Figure 1. If the Instrument Module (IM) needs to be replaced, use one of the following replacement kits: • Part No. 76001482 (EV 1-DOM) • Part No. 76001483 (EV 3-HDI).
