United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
25V4070002025-06-13. STRUCTURE:BODY. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Aviator vehicles. The rear door window bars and C-pillar trim may have insufficient adhesive bonding, which can allow the trim to detach from the vehicle.
22V4540002022-06-24. ENGINE; STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERS. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022 Lincoln Aviator and Ford Explorer vehicles. The engine rails may have been improperly heat-treated. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 208, "Occupant Crash Protection" and 301, "Fuel System Integrity."
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20253272025-06-13. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles, the exterior C-pillar trim(s) and/or window division bar(s) on the rear passenger doors may not be properly attached. As a result, the trim(s) and/or bar(s) could loosen and separate from the vehicle. Safety Risk: Parts that detach from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the C-pillar trims and window division bars.
20223362022-06-24. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles, the front frame rail(s) may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the vehicle may not meet the crash test requirements of Canadian Regulations. Safety Risk: A vehicle that does not meet crash test requirements could create an increased risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Action: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the engine rails. If the engine rails do not pass a strength test, you will be given the option of having the engine rail(s) replaced, vehicle replacement, or a buyback.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
