The Drive (D) lamp will flash on the TCS and a 'Re-select gear to manoeuvre' message will be displayed on the Instrument Cluster (IC).

Upon further investigation, Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0457-76, 'Evap System Leak Detected (fuel cap loose/adrift)', is found stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
