A customer may complain that either "Vehicle Raising In Progress" or "Suspension Will Rise When System Is Cooled" messages can be seen. Fault codes U210A - 16 and C1A24 - 67 may also be stored.

A review of Front Lower Control Arm warranty returns from various markets has shown that arm assemblies have been incorrectly changed for knock issues when the front bush is cracked and should have been replaced as per Technical Service Bulletins LTB00204v4 and LTB00123v4.

LTB00814NAS42021-03-22. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES; SUSPENSION; BACK OVER PREVENTION. The underhood lower Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) pads and dirty air duct guides may show signs of ripping, tearing, and/or has a poor finish.
SSM745132019-09-23. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. ARC Moan - Customer reports noise as a Hum / Whine / Moan. The noise typically occurs when the ARC system is hot, ( fluid above 60 degC ) when coming to rest and for up to 15 seconds after the vehicle stops. The noise is generally heard between idle and 900rpm as a tonal noise, which may or may not change frequency to a higher tone at around 800rpm.

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U210A-27 and/ or C1A24-64 observed in the Chassis Control Module (CHCM) during diagnosis, leading to unnecessary replacement of the air suspension compressor. Please note that the DTCs do not generate an air suspension fault on the instrument cluster or display any vehicle symptoms.
