TFT display, produced from September 15, 2022 through July 18, 2023, which may intermittently show a lower fuel level than what is actually remaining in the vehicle upon starting the engine after refueling.

TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: AVN 5.0 WIDE NON-RESPONSIVE RADIO ICON (AM, FM, SXM) - This bulletin has been revised to include additional information. New/revised sections of this bulletin are indicated by a black bar in the margin area. This bulletin provides information to update the software on 5th Generation AVN wide on certain 2020-2024MY Kia vehicles (refer to model list on page 3) to remedy a 'non-responsive' or 'inoperative' radio (FM, AM, SXM, etc. ) concern. The affected AVN unit on the vehicles may not respond when pressing the 'RADIO' hard key/button on the AVN unit or when selecting the 'RADIO' icon on the AVN menu screen.

TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: REAR HVAC OPERATION INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT (SA544) - This bulletin provides information to inspect the rear heater control operation on certain 2024MY Telluride (ON) vehicles produced from June 13, 2023 through July 24, 2023, which may exhibit abnormal communication with the AVN head unit, causing the touchscreen controls to be inoperative when attempting to adjust the heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) settings. It is possible that during assembly, the affected vehicle may have a rear Heater & A/C Control Unit installed with the incorrect software.

PITSTOP: AWD SYSTEM CONCERN DUE TO TIRE CIRCUMFERENCE - This Pitstop provides information regarding potential concerns with the All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) system due to tire sizes of differing circumference. Some customers may complain of a chatter sensation felt in the drivetrain of the vehicle and/or the failure of drivetrain component(s). A difference in tire size (width, aspect ratio, construction, rim diameter etc.) may be the cause.

TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN SERVICE ACTION: FRONT OUTER DOOR HANDLE SOFTWARE UPDATE (SA542) - This bulletin provides information to upgrade the software on the driver and passenger front outer door handles on certain 2023-2024MY Telluride (ON) vehicles, produced from February 1, 2023 through June 09, 2023, due to an inoperative ‘capacitive touch’ function of the door handle (lock/unlock) using your hand with the key fob in range, from outside of the vehicle.
TSB_ELE209_R42023-08-24. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE REMINDER SETTING RESET PROCEDURE - This bulletin has been revised to include additional information. New/revised sections of this bulletin are indicated by a black bar in the margin area. This bulletin provides information regarding the service reminder setting, which may have been auto-set by the Kia Vehicle Inspection and Delivery application (KVID) at time of Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). Beginning with the 2023MY, Oil Life Monitoring (OLM) has been applied to all models, except Forte (BDm), Stinger (CK), Telluride (ON) and Soul (SK3). Refer to TSB ENG241 for additional information. As of 08/11/2023, the service reminder auto-set feature by KVID has been disabled for ALL models NOT equipped with OLM.

TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: DATA COLLECTION: EXTRACT CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS DATA FROM ECU (DC24) - This bulletin provides information related to extracting "in use performance tracking" emissions data from the Engine Control Unit (ECU) of certain vehicles sold in California. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) requires the emissions data from vehicles with a minimum of 3,000 accumulated miles without reprogramming or resetting. To facilitate collection of this data at the dealer level, KDS screenshots will allow the capture of relevant parameters. Note that a “Web Based” KDS IUMPR Data Collection procedure is outlined.

PITSTOP: PASSENGER TALK AVAILABILITY FOR TELLURIDE - This Pitstop provides information regarding ‘Passenger Talk’ feature availability on some 2023-2024MY Telluride (ON PE) vehicles. Customers may have a concern that the ‘Passenger Talk’ feature is unavailable on their vehicle. Verify the ‘Passenger Talk’ icon is visible on the infotainment system menu screen. If the icon is not shown, verify the vehicles infotainment system and trim level. ‘Passenger Talk’ feature is only available on SX, SX X-Line, SX X-Pro, SX Prestige, SX Prestige X-Line, and SX Prestige X-Pro trim levels equipped with Harmon Kardon infotainment system.
