Follow the procedure outlined in this publication to update the software on 5th Generation AVN wide units using the applicable USB Flash Drive A or B for the applicable vehicle.

This may be due to an expanded moisture absorbent causing the bracket to interfere with the DBL module. New parts are available to address this condition (see chart below for details).
