Bottom menu bar of the radio is non responsive or frozen (Without RS9). After viewing the weather map following a flood advisory popup, the main soft key's at the bottom of the screen may not respond when pressed (Without RS9). Radio will not turn off (Without RS9). Poor AM/FM Reception (Without RS9). Uconnect Live feature may not function properly (EMEA only). Radio may reset, turn off and then back on. Radio display screen freezes. DAMPER, Steering Additional service procedure steps after replacing the steering damper: Verify the correct orientation of the steering damper. With the vehicle on the ground, it is required to turn the steering wheel for five lock to lock turns ( ?Full Left ? Full Right ? Center? OR ?Full Right ? Full Left ? Center? counted as 1) at 1 rotation/sec to prime the steering damper and purge out the air. NOTE: It is important to prime the new damper by rotating the steering wheel five full lock to lock turns to purge any trapped air out.
