Use the wiTECH 2.0 and inspect the radio part number and serial number under the Radio/ECU Details tab. Please verify that the radio part number and/or serial number is not "FFFF". If either field shows "FFFF", please contact Mike Wielgat at 248-576-6696 or Rohan Negandhi at 248-421-9608 If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
DOT-L4X8T-042019-04-30. Service bulletin. STEERING; EQUIPMENT. The SKU is a Tie Rod Center Stud. The Customer commnunication requested return of unsold inventory to inpsect for possible incorrect direction threads (right hand rather than left hand). Incorrect direction threads will prevent it from being installed.
1PH98RXFA$2018-06-11. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. PANEL, Targa Top, Complete with Hardware For water sloshing noise in the Targa Top Panel, do not replace the panel. There is a drain hole along the rear edge of the panel (in car position). After draining the panels, inform the customer of the drain hole and if the issue returns they can drain the panels themselves. Storage of panels outdoors in certain positions will cause water infiltration.~ ~ For a water leak from the center front edge of the Targa Top Panels, do not replace the panels, replace the SEAL, Targa Top (Part Number 68088055AA).

If the radio is locked up, has a blank screen, or no sound, please perform a vehicle battery reset. If radio functionality is resumed, return the vehicle to the customer. If there are any questions or concerns or the vehicle has been in for repair for the same radio concern more than once, please call Rick Gordon at Cell (248) 630- 6281. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.

EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. 82212076, 82203694 - Fabric Cleaner This "fabric cleaner" is not intended for sale in California, the otc states (Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington dc), and some ladco states (Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio). Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~

Please email any audio recording or documentation of when/where/how the pump makes noise to the above emails. If the dealer is located in the Detroit Metro Area, Engineering may send a representative to review with technician. Any information is appreciated. If a response is not received within 15 mins , then proceed with the necessary repair. For JK and DS: Before replacing water pumps for noise issues the heat shield on the catalytic converter needs to be checked to make sure it is not the source of the noise. Check while the engine is fully warmed up. If the heat shield is found to be the source of the noise tighten the bolts and, or add shims/washers as needed.
