A customer may experience the radio display screen is locked on the Ram logo. This software update is to prevent this condition from occurring. Vehicles equipped with satellite radio (sales code RSD) may have a condition were the radio may reset a few times during a drive cycle. This condition is very intermittent.

This 9-speed transaxle assembly requires an update to the Engine Control Module AND the Transmission Control Module using WiTech.
