| 11V168000 | 2011-03-14. STEERING:HYDRAULIC POWER ASSIST:HOSE, PIPING, AND CONNECTIONS. JAGUAR IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 XK AND XF VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM JUNE 27, 2009, THROUGH MARCH 10, 2010. THE POWER ASSIST STEERING (PAS) PIPES HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED WITH ZINC-NICKEL PLATING THAT DOES NOT MEET FULLY THE CORROSION PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS OF JAGUAR'S ENGINEERING SPECIFICATION. AFTER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME IN SERVICE, CORROSION OF THE PAS PIPES WILL OCCUR THAT MAY LEAD TO PIN-HOLING OF THE PIPE. Built 2009-06-27 to 2010-03-10. |

| 10V332000 | 2010-07-22. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. JAGUAR IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010-2011 JAGUAR XK AND MODEL YEAR 2010 XF V8 5.OL GASOLINE ENGINE VEHICLES. THE IN-TANK ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP MAY NOT BE CORRECTLY ACTIVATED AS THE FUEL PUMP RELAY IS NOT ENERGIZED FOLLOWING A VEHICLE START UP CYCLE. AN INADEQUATE SUPPLY OF FUEL TO THE ENGINE COULD RESULT. Built 2008-04-09 to 2010-05-24. |
| 2011115 | 2011-03-14. Steering. On certain vehicles, the Power Assisted Steering (PAS) pipes may have been manufactured using a zinc-nickel plating that does not meet the corrosion protection requirements of Jaguar's engineering specification. Over time, the PAS pipes may corrode, which could allow power steering fluid leakage. Loss of PAS fluid could cause a loss of steering power assist, which may result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Also, power steering fluid leakage may contact a hot engine or exhaust component, which could result in a fire. Correction: Dealers will replaced the PAS pipes. |
|---|---|
| 2010237 | 2010-07-21. Fuel System. On certain vehicles equipped with a 5.0L engine, the in-tank electric fuel pump may not be correctly activated following a vehicle start-up cycle. The engine may start and continue to operate as normal until the engine fuel demand exceeds the ability for the pump to supply sufficient fuel. The engine can then cut out without warning. Loss of propulsion, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the driver's reactions, could increase the risk of a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the Engine Control Module. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
