JTB00514NAS42018-06-18. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The digital disc may not eject from the digital disc player or intermittently skips tracks, cycles quickly through tracks, and/or 'locks up.' On-screen commands and eject CD may also fail to operate. An ignition cycle usually temporarily resolves the problem.
SSM734622018-06-18. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. Issue: 1/ When the iPhone is connected to Bluetooth, the user gets an incoming call. The user will not be able to hear the callers voice. In order to hear the voice the user has to go to the phone screen options and select the vehicle phone tab and ensure it is checked. 2/The iPhone disconnects during or after phone calls.

SSM723072018-06-18. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. Issue: The message "Radar Sensor Blocked" appears in instrument pack display. If blockage occurs while ACC is being used, ?Driver Intervene? and/or "Radar sensor blocked" message will appear on the cluster and DTC C1A67-97 is also set. Blockage can also occur when ACC is not being used.

DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE: An issue has been identified on a limited number of vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range where the luggage compartment lid latch cover may either become loose or fall off into the luggage compartment. This does not affect the function of the luggage compartment lid latch. This program does not apply to any vehicle already registered and in use, either with the retailer or customer. Any vehicle already in use may continue to be driven and any repair instructions deemed necessary will be communicated through a separate Field Action or Technical Bulletin.

Common symptoms are reported as: Voice commands are not recognized. Voice output such as spoken navigation guidance is inoperative.

The InControl® secure system may incorrectly identify the vehicle as stolen after crossing an international border. This will result in the Telematics Service Provider contacting the customer to confirm if theft has occurred. Until the customer confirms that no theft has occurred, they will be blocked from using various InControl features.

ISSUE: Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) have received multiple reports of concerns experienced when updating vehicles equipped with InControl Touch Pro to latest software version NGI 17C on both Symptom Driven Diagnostics (SDD) and PATHFINDER. Additional vehicle feedback data shows that the failure rate is increasing, despite the many improvements made in Pathfinder 123 and SDD 152.00. JLR recommend that no further vehicles are routinely updated to NGI 17C. (Note below reference urgent vehicles only.)

Customers may have experienced infotainment poor performance/reliability and this software upgrade is designed to enhance the robustness of the following features and functions:? Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) lock up, audio loss, channel artwork not displayed? Infotainment Master Controller (IMC) resets, blank screens, and poor system performance? CD ripping/playback issues ? Media Player crash, library track select fails, USB Source reliability? Phone and Bluetooth? - connection and contacts download issues? Climate control fan symbol not visible when increasing/decreasing fan speed? The heated seat temperature indication is misaligned to the vehicle image on the Touchscreen ? Unable to access the seat massage auto function on the Touchscreen? The activation of the massage seats is reversed (the left seat massage program icon operates the right seat and the right seat massage program icon operates the left seat)? 'Camera System Not Available, Consult Your Dealer' message displayed on the Instrument Cluster upon vehicle set up.
SSM735432017-10-21. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:NAVIGATIONAL SYSTEM(GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM). Issue: The Solid State Drive (SSD) within the Infotainment Master Controller (IMC) fails on vehicles fitted with InControl Touch Pro audio systems which causes Navigation, Speech and Media Library to be unavailable to the customer with the message 'System Warming Up' displayed on any attempt to use the features.
