Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Jaguar XF vehicles manufactured May 16, 2012, to June 15, 2015 and equipped with 2.0L GTDi engines. The retaining bolt for the Front End Auxiliary Drive (FEAD) idler pulley on the engine may fail resulting in a loss of power steering assist. Built 2012-05-16 to 2015-06-15. |

| 2016105 | 2016-03-03. Steering. On certain vehicles equipped with the 2.0L GTDI engine, a bolt retaining a Front End Auxiliary Drive ( FEAD ) idler pulley may fail. This could cause the hydraulic power assisted steering system to stop functioning which would unexpectedly increase the steering effort force necessary to steer the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the FEAD pulley assembly with an updated version. |
