| 2024676 | 2024-11-07. Brakes. Issue: On a small number of trucks, the wrong instrument panel cluster may have been installed. As a result, the instrument panel cluster will not provide warnings to the driver when or before an advanced driver assistance system is activated. This can include the lane departure warning system and/or the automatic emergency braking system. Additionally, the "set" indicator for the adaptive cruise control (ACC) will not be displayed when the ACC is activated. Note: This recall only affects trucks equipped with optional advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Safety Risk: Advanced driver assistance system warnings that don't work properly could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Isuzu will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the instrument panel cluster. |

| 2023444 | 2023-08-10. Electrical. Issue: On certain trucks, the seal on the fuse holders for the ignition coil packs may be too small. As a result, water could leak into the fuses and cause them to corrode or fail. If this happens, the engine may not start or it could lose power suddenly while driving. Note: This problem only affects trucks with a gasoline engine. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Isuzu will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the engine ignition coil pack fuse holders. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
