(Isuzu) is recalling certain 2017-2020 NPR-HD, 2019-2020 NPR-XD, NQR, NRR, Chevrolet 4500HD, Chevrolet 5500HD and Chevrolet 5500XD, and 2020 Chevrolet 4500XD vehicles. The lug nuts on the rear outer wheels may not have been properly tightened when installed onto the rear axles. |

| 2019586 | 2019-11-20. Wheels. Issue: On certain trucks, the lug nuts on the rear-outer wheels were not properly tightened during assembly. This could cause the nuts to loosen or fall off, and could result in a wheel separating from the vehicle. Safety Risk: A wheel separation could increase the risk of a crash. A wheel that detaches from a vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people. Corrective Actions: Isuzu will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect the rear-outer wheel lug nuts and tighten them or install new ones, as necessary. |
