(Isuzu) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Isuzu NPR, Reach, 2016-2020 Isuzu NPR XD, NPR HD, NQR, 2016-2021 Isuzu NRR, 2017-2020 Chevrolet 4500XD, 4500HD, 5500HD, and 2020 Chevrolet 5500XD vehicles. The U-bolt nuts for the rear axle may not have been properly tightened and may loosen, causing the axle to misalign. |

(Isuzu) is recalling certain 2011-2017 Isuzu NPR, 2008 NPR HD and NPR-HD Gas, 2011-2018 NPR HD and NRR, 2015-2018 NPR XD, 2012-2018 NQR, 2012-2017 NPR Gas and NPR-HD Gas, 2016-2017 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 3500 HD, 3500 and 4500 and 2017-2018 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 4500 HD, 4500 XD, 5500 HD and 5500 XD vehicles, equipped with certain Walter Kidde Plastic-Handle Fire Extinguishers, models FC10 and FC110. These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or excessive force may be needed to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. Built 2014-08-04 to 2017-09-27. |

| 17V105000 | 2017-02-17. STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERS; POWER TRAIN. Isuzu Technical Center of America, Inc. (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2015-2017 NPR HD, NPR XD, NQR and NRR trucks. During manufacturing, the stamping equipment may have created burrs on the frame crossmember that the transmission is mounted to. These burrs may cause the transmission mounting studs to break. | 16V105000 | 2016-02-24. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS. Isuzu Technical Center of America, Inc. (Isuzu) is recalling certain model year 2016 NPR-HD, NPR-XD, NQR, and NRR trucks manufactured July 3, 2015, to September 2, 2015 and equipped with 5.2L diesel engines. The certification label on the affected vehicles may have typographical errors in the rim size, tire pressure and weight information that may prevent the owner from accurately loading and maintaining the vehicle. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification." Built 2015-07-03 to 2015-09-02. |
| 2021168 | 2021-03-19. Suspension. Issue: On certain trucks, the U-bolts that attach the rear axle to the suspension may not be properly tightened. As a result, the axle could slide back and separate from the propeller shaft. If this happens, there could be a sudden loss of power to the wheels. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Isuzu will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect and, if necessary, replace and tighten the rear axle U-bolt nuts. |

| 2017173 | 2017-03-24. Suspension. On certain vehicles, the left rear wheel bearing hub locking bolts may not have been properly torqued during assembly. This could cause the bolts to loosen and break, which could allow the wheel assembly to move outwards from the axle housing. If this occurs, the vehicle could become more difficult to control and braking distances would increase which could result in a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and tighten the rear left wheel bearing hub locking bolts as necessary. |
| 2017088 | 2017-02-17. Powertrain. On certain vehicles, a burr could impede contact between the transmission mounting bracket and the chassis cross member. This could cause the fasteners to shear or break, allowing the transmission to move out of position and impair or prevent shifting, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the bolted connection and install a shim if necessary. |
