20070162007-01-22. Electrical. On certain trucks, the positive battery cables, that supply power from the batteries to the starter, may rub against an electrical ground cable between the engine and the starter, and electrical ground cable between the frame rail and the starter, or the frame rail itself. This rubbing may cause an electrical short and/or fire, which can result in property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: Dealers will re-route the battery cables using new bracketry.
20060052006-01-09. Other. On certain vehicles equipped with a Caterpillar C15 engine, the Variable Valve Actuation oil line (VVA line) may wear against the sharp edge of the cylinder head if not oriented correctly. Oil line wear may cause an oil leak and a potential fire hazard. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, replace the VVA line.
20051902005-06-27. Electrical. On certain vehicles, the positive battery cable between the batteries and the starter may rub against an electrical ground cable between the starter and frame rail. This chafing may cause an electrical short and/or fire, which could result in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect to determine appropriate level of remedy required.
20051432005-05-11. Suspension. On certain vehicles, the rear suspension transverse beam castings were not made to specifications. If a casting were to break when the vehicle is in motion, parts could become projectiles with potential to cause property damage, personal injury or death. Also, the transverse beam may drop down low enough to contact the road surface causing sparks that could ignite a fire. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the transverse beams.
20042092004-06-24. Electrical. On certain vehicles, the engine electrical harness can chafe against sharp edges on the engine. There are a number of different failures that could occur as many functions of the vehicle are processed through this harness. The modes of failure that could occur without warning, that may affect highway safety are: sudden acceleration, activation of engine compression brake, alternator overload and possible fire, engine speed dropping to idle, and loss of engine Electronic Control Module (ECM) power resulting in engine shutdown. Correction: Dealers will inspect, repair and relocate the engine harness.
20040742004-02-26. Electrical. On certain vehicles, water intrusion into the sleeper berth's bunk control panel area may pool in the tops of the dome light, TV/VCR, and/or refrigerator power switches. The LED circuit boards in these switches may begin to heat up and possibly produce a flame or fire, without warning, that could cause property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: Dealer will install a water shield over the back of the entire bunk control panel.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
