19981941998-09-28. Steering. On certain vehicles, the integral tie rod arm can fracture from the spindle yoke. If this condition occurs, a failure of the tie rod arm could result in a loss of steering control to the right wheel. Correction: A replacement kit consisting of 2 spindle yokes, a steering adjustment screw and miscellaneous parts will be installed on affected vehicles.
19930841993-06-08. Suspension. THE PRESSURE REIEF VALVE WAS OMITTED ON THE AIR SUSPENSION RESERVOIR AIR TANK. SHOULD THE AIR COMPRESSOR GOVERNOR FAIL, IT COULD CAUSE EXCESSIVE AIR PRESSURE BUILD-UP AND COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE THE AIR TANK TO RUPTURE AND RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY. CORRECTION: A PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE AIR SUSPENSION RESERVOIR TANK.
19930381993-03-23. Steering. VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH THE DANA FA-64 FRONT DRIVE AXLE MAY EXPERIENCE FRACTURE OF THE TIE ROD AT THE TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT SLEEVE. SHOULD THE TIE ROD FAIL ON THE FRONT DRIVE AXLE, LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND A VEHICLE CRASH COULD OCCUR. CORRECTION: TIE ROD WILL BE REPLACED WITH A TIE ROD THAT DOES NOT USE AN ADJUSTMENT SLEEVE.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
