| 2009092 | 2009-03-30. Other. On certain vehicles, fasteners that secure the engine fan magnet bracket could fail allowing the bracket to separate from the vehicle. An errant magnet bracket could strike a vehicle, property, or a bystander, which could result in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the engine fan drive air chamber and magnet bracket. |

| 2008422 | 2008-11-21. Other. On certain vehicles, the front axle bearings were not sufficiently lubricated during assembly, which may result in bearing seizing or possible wheel separation. A seized bearing, as well as front wheel separation, could result in a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. A separated wheel could also roll-away, posing a risk to motorists and bystanders. Correction: Dealers will inspect, lubricate and, if necessary, replace the front axle bearings. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
