19911391991-10-16. Powertrain. ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH CERTAIN ALLISON TRANSMISSIONS, THE ENGINE COULD BE STARTED WITH THE TRANSMISSION SELECTOR IN THE DRIVE OR REVERSE POSITION. IF THE ENGINE IS STARTED WITH THE TRANSMISSION IN RANGE WITHOUT THE SERVICE OR PARKING BRAKE APPLIED, THE VEHICLE COULD ROLL FORWARD OR BACKWARD AS SOON AS THE ENGINE STARTS. THIS COULD RESULT IN A CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: NEUTRAL START SWITCH WILL BE INSPECTED AND REPLACED IF NECESSARY.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
