By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
03V0620002003-02-25. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:FOUNDATION COMPONENTS:DISC. ON CERTAIN SCHOOL AND TRANSIT BUSES BUILT WITH BOSCH ZERO OFFSET PIN SLIDE (ZOPS) HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES, THE ZOPS HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES MAY EXPERIENCE CALIPERS STICKING IN THE APPLIED POSITION, WHICH CAN RESULT IN EXCESSIVE OR ABNORMAL HEAT GENERATION AT ONE OR MORE OF THE BRAKES. Built 1997-04-01 to 2002-06-03.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20030532003-02-28. Brakes. On certain vehicles, the Bosch Zero Offset Pin Slide (ZOPS) hydraulic disc brakes may experience calipers sticking in the applied position, which can result in excessive or abnormal heat generation at one or more of the brakes. In bus applications, the combination of the following factors may collectively result in an unreasonable risk to motor vehicle safety: potential fire at a wheel end, high incident rates of stuck calipers, and evacuation and containment concerns relating to multiple passengers. Correction: Dealer will affect repairs.
19990251999-02-22. Steering. On certain vehicles, the tie rod end can pull outboard and separate from the tie rod tube due to improper thread engagement between the male tie rod end and the female tube. A separation of the tie rod end could result in loss of steering control and a possible crash. Correction: The complete tie rod assembly will be replaced on involved vehicles.
19982241998-11-13. Fuel System. On certain vehicels, a fuel leak could occur during normal operation because of over crimping of the hose end fittings on the hose from the regulator to the left head and the hose from the fuel transfer pump to the regulator. Should a fuel leak occur on a hot engine, a fire could result. Correction: Fuel hoses will be replaced with properly crimped hoses.
19981171998-06-04. Powertrain. THE DOUBLE NEUTRAL SHIFT CONTROL LEVER MAY BIND AS THE DRIVER ATTEMPTS TO PUT THE LEVER IN THE PARK POSITION. IF THIS OCCURS THE LEVER DOES NOT ACTUALLY REACH THE FULL PARK POSITION WHICH COULD RESULT IN A FALSE PARK CONDITION. THIS COULD RESULT IN THE VEHICLE ROLLING IF PARKED ON AN INCLINE. CORRECTION: THE DOUBLE SHIFT CONTROL WILL BE REPLACED WITH A REDESIGNED SHIFT CONTROL AND A FINAL ADJUSTMENT WILL BE MADE TO THE CABLE AFTER THE NEW SHIFT CONTROL IS INSTALLED.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
