An investigation of the complaint has identified a software compatibility issue between the window switch and window regulator. We are currently working on a fix, but there is currently no recommended repair. Until a repair is made available, advise the customer to close the window using manual operation by lightly pulling up on the switch until the desired position is reached. Also, they should avoid pulling up firmly on the switch to prevent activating automatic operation and the Auto-Up feature. |
