When they review these parts, they're finding that an aftermarket screen protector had been installed and that the screen protector is cracked. So, if you have a center display that appears to have a cracked screen, confirm that it does not have an aftermarket screen protector installed. If installed, remove it, and then check if the center display screen itself is cracked. |
