A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
21V9240002021-11-24. SEATS:MOTORCYCLE. Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Harley-Davidson) is recalling certain 2021 Pan America RA1250S and RA1250 motorcycles. The seat base may not be fastened properly, which could cause the hand-hold portion of the base to fracture.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20220382022-02-01. Lights And Instruments. Issue: The speedometer and neutral indicator may not display when the motorcycle is started, if the instrument cluster temperature is below 0 °C. Note: If this happens, the instrument cluster will display a black screen with an error message. Safety Risk: Riding a motorcycle without a speedometer or a neutral indicator could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Harley-Davidson will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to update the instrument cluster module software.
20217242021-11-25. Structure. Issue: On certain motorcycles, the seat base could crack near the hand-hold. If this happens, the hand-hold could detach from the motorcycle. Safety Risk: A hand-hold that detaches while a passenger is using it could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Harley-Davidson will notify owners by mail and advise you to arrange service with an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer, who will replace the seat base. Harley-Davidson recommends that you should not use the hand-holds until the recall repairs are completed.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
