A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
23V3390002023-05-11. CHILD SEAT:VEHICLE LATCH ANCHOR. General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain vehicles. The four rear-seat lower child seat LATCH anchorage bars may have excessive powder coating, which could prevent a child seat from being installed with the anchorage bars. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 225, "Child Restraint Anchorage Systems."
21V6120002021-08-05. TIRES:TREAD/BELT; TIRES. General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain vehicles equipped with certain Hankook tires. The tires may have been manufactured with an insufficient amount of curative agent, which could cause tread separation.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20232792023-05-11. Seats And Restraints. Issue: The coating may be too thick on the connection bars for the lower universal anchorage system (UAS) for securing a child or booster seat in the rear seat. As a result, you may not be able to properly attach a child seat in the rear seat using the UAS. Safety Risk: A child seat that isn't properly attached could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the bars for the lower universal anchorage system (UAS) in the rear seat. If necessary, the dealer will remove and replace the finish coating on lower anchorage bars. General Motors recommends to install child seats using the rear seat belts, as described in the vehicle owner's manual and child-seat manufacturer's installation guide, until the recall repairs have been completed.
20214892021-08-05. Tires. Issue: Certain vehicles were built with tires that may have a manufacturing defect. As a result, the tire tread could separate while driving. Note: This recall only affects certain Hankook tires with a date code of 0521, and a specific internal bar code. Safety Risk: A tire tread separation could affect vehicle handling and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: General Motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect and replace the tires, as necessary.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
