PIT59312022-08-15. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. This Preliminary information communicates that a vehicle may be encountered with a clunk or rattle from the front of the vehicle. The dealer technician is instructed to remove the cradle brace and see if the noise is gone. If the noise is gone with the brace removed the tech is instructed to reinstall the brace and torque it to specification.

N2123545242022-08-03. Service bulletin. SEATS. Customer Satisfaction Program. General Motors is aware of an issue with the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) for bulletin N212354524. The part number for the VIN may not be visible due to the vehicle configuration for rear heated seats. A correction will be implemented in the EPC on August 10, 2022. However, in the meantime, dealers can “uncheck” the box for the VIN filter (at the top of the screen/page) in the EPC. This will allow the part number to be visible for ordering. As a reminder, these parts remain in short supply and cannot be preordered.

Due to the industry-wide semiconductor shortage, the front heated/ventilated seats, front heated seats, or rear heated seats are not functional on certain 2022 model year vehicles listed above, built beginning November 15, 2021. The affected vehicle owners should have been made aware of the condition at sale, and notified that once parts are available, they would be eligible for a no additional cost retrofit to enable the feature. Dealers are to replace the rear seat heater control module and reprogram the body control module.
