25V0460002025-03-12. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:POWER DISTRIBUTION MODULE/IPDM. Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Freightliner eCascadia and 2022-2026 Freightliner eM2 trucks. The electric vehicle power distribution module (EVDM) may not be assembled properly, which can cause electrical circuits to disconnect and result in a loss of drive power.
23V4670002023-07-06. POWER TRAIN:AXLE ASSEMBLY. Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Freightliner eCascadia vehicles. The e-axle planetary gear set may not be welded properly, which can cause the e-motor to detach from the final drive, resulting in an undetectable and sudden loss of drive power without the ability to restart the vehicle.
23V4530002023-06-28. ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC):CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE. Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Freightliner eCascadia vehicles. The service brake system may incorrectly calculate the vehicle mass, which can impair the electronic stability control system performance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 136, "Electronic Stability Control Systems on Heavy Vehicles."
