| 2004428 | 2004-12-08. Powertrain. On certain vehicles, bolt holes located on the earwork of the drive shaft male yoke were manufactured with an oversized thread diameter. This condition allows the bolts used in the holes to become detached which, in turn, could result in driveline separation. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the male shaft yoke subassembly. |

| 2004058 | 2004-02-13. Powertrain. On certain vehicles, the tapered joint that attaches the shifter to the transmission may separate making it difficult to put the transmission into gear. The driver may not be able to engage a transmission gear, which would eliminate engine braking and disable the vehicle from moving under its own power. Correction: Dealer will re-secure the shift lever to the transmission. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
