| 19V394000 | 2019-05-24. EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER:LPG SYSTEMS:LINES AND FITTINGS. Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Shasta Revere SHT32FE recreational trailers. Built 2016-11-16 to 2018-07-31. |

| 18V624000 | 2018-09-13. SUSPENSION:REAR:AXLE:NON-POWERED AXLE ASSEMBLY. Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Coachmen Catalina and Apex travel trailers and Forest River Shasta, Wildwood, Salem, Vibe, Sierra, Sandpiper, XLR and Prime Time travel trailers. The axles may be missing inner bearing races on the hubs, which can cause the bearing to burnout or cause the hub to overheat. Built 2018-06-19 to 2018-08-01. |
| 2018472 | 2018-09-04. Suspension. On certain travel trailers, the axle bearings may not have been properly installed. This could cause the bearings to overheat and fail, potentially resulting in wheel separation. A wheel separating from the vehicle could cause a loss of control and a crash. In addition, the wheel assembly could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will repair or replace the axle hubs and bearings as necessary. |
