Service bulletins for the 2021 Forest River Rockport

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

5119032025-06-20. Service bulletin. FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. According to Ford Recall 24S78/24V957: "On your vehicle, it may be possible for aged biodiesel deposits to form on internal high pressure fuel pump components. This may lead to failure of the pump and may result in loss of motive power while driving. A loss of motive power increases the risk of a crash."
511604-F2023-07-05. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; STRUCTURE. According to Ford Motor Company Recall 22V925: On your vehicle, the paint on your fuel tank may not have adhered properly and may peel. Extended peeling may expose the metal on the fuel tank and lead to long-term corrosion. Over time, corrosion in certain areas of the fuel tank may ultimately progress to a fuel vapor leak or a liquid fuel leak. If a fuel leak occurs due to corrosion, a malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate, or a fuel odor or liquid fuel may be observed. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. This is the final notification received from Ford.
