Incorrect transfer switch wiring may allow a voltage back feed to the power cord when plugged into shore power. |
| 2025438 | 2025-08-26. Brakes. Issue: On certain RV trailers, the brake lines may be too short and could become damaged. As a result, the brake lines could fail and cause reduced braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the brake lines. |

| 2020314 | 2020-07-10. Electrical. Issue: On certain travel trailers, the power distribution panel wiring may not be connected correctly. As a result, the power cord may be back-fed with electricity when the generator is running. Note: This problem only affects trailers equipped with the generator prep option. Safety Risk: A power cord that is back-fed with electricity could create a risk of electrocution or a fire. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to correct the wiring to the power transfer switch. Forest River recommends that you should not use your generator until the recall repairs are completed. |
