Service bulletins for the 2025 Ford Transit

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

36 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

SSM 544322025-12-16. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION; POWER TRAIN. Some 2025-2026 Transit vehicles equipped with rear-wheel-drive (RWD), single rear wheel only, may experience a boom/hum/moan noise from the rear while driving. This noise is most noticeable at highway speeds between 70 and 90 mph (112-144 km/h). This may be due to a harmonic vibration. The Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 205-01 > Diagnosis and Testing > Driveshaft > Symptom Chart NVH > Rumble or Boom has been updated to include diagnostic and repair direction for this concern.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
