IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS, THERE IS A POTENTIAL THAT THE THROTTLE MAY STICK AND NOT RETURN FULLY TO THE IDLE POSITION. THIS COULD CAUSE POSSIBLE LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
