Some 2021 Mustang Mach 1 vehicles equipped with the handling package and built on or before 25-Mar-2021 may have been shipped to dealers without a front splitter. The front splitter is a loose shipped item that should be installed during the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process. SSM 498202021-06-01. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2017-2021 Ford and Lincoln vehicle owners may experience a condition of missing Authorization, Command and Control, Battery Charging Details or Phone-as-a-Key setup buttons/selections in their FordPass or LincolnWay App. This condition is due to an error within the FordPass or LincolnWay App and not due to a concern on the vehicle. Verify that the customers FordPass or LincolnWay App is at the latest version. Replacement or reprogramming of the telematics control unit (TCU)/gateway module (GWM)/remote function actuator (RFA) will not resolve this condition. If the condition persists, Utilize the FordPass Guides or Lincoln Way Concierge teams.
SSM 495112021-02-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some 2021 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a condition of the high voltage battery coolant expansion tank reading over the max fill line. The max fill line may be disregarded, only the min line is relevant. Do not attempt to remove coolant from the high voltage battery coolant expansion tank if the coolant level is above the max fill line.
SSM 494932021-02-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. Some 2021 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a concern where the vehicle cannot be charged or does not charge properly when using the mobile charger. The blue status indicator light on the charger control box may not illuminate, may turn on and off intermittently, or may illuminate amber. This may be due to the connector which runs between the household outlet and the charger control box not being fully seated into the charger control box. Ensure that this connector is fully inserted into the charger control box. When the connector is properly inserted, the flange on the connector will be flush with the casing of the charger control box. If the flange of the connector protrudes out from the charger control box, the connector is not fully seated into the charger control box.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
