Service bulletins for the 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 54493 | 2026-01-21. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2023-2025 Mustang Mach-E and 2024-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 360 degree camera may exhibit a distorted or blurry 360 degree camera image in the center display screen, but the rear view camera image is operating correctly. To restore the 360 degree camera image, download and run the "IPMA - Reset the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Calibration Data" application using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Then download and run the "IPMA - 360 Degree View Camera Alignment" application. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition that is expected in Q2 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. |

Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may experience exterior paint blistering in at least one of the following areas: * Front and rear door skin panel(s) and door jamb area(s) * Rear quarter panel(s) and jamb area(s) * B-pillar outer panel(s) and jamb area(s) * Roof panel and jamb area(s) * Rocker panel(s) and jamb area(s) This may be due to the factory painting process. |
| SSM 54424 | 2025-12-10. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. Some 2021-2025 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a condition where the front luggage compartment hood is hard to close. This may be due to an alignment issue with the hood. The most common adjustments to improve closing efforts involve the hood front up and down alignment and the bump stop rubbers. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 501-03 Body Closures > General Procedures > Hood Alignment for procedures on proper adjustments that can improve front luggage compartment hood closing efforts. |
| PT-25.13.4 MachE | 2025-12-01. Over-the-air update. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. "25S65 Recall remedy -Prevents a potential lock-out condition caused by the vehicle's battery being discharged" |

This may be due to the software in the GSM. To correct the condition, reprogram the GSM module using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 7P155 and labor operation numbers 7001D and 7001D4. |
| SSM 54387 | 2025-12-01. Service bulletin. ENGINE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2021-2024 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a condition where the interior propulsion sound feature does not remain active and deactivates immediately. This may be due to the audio control module (ACM) configuration. To restore the functionality of this feature, download and run the "ACM - Enable Engine Sound Enhancement and Active Noise Control" application in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. In cases where the ACM is replaced, this routine will run during the "ACM - Programmable Module Installation (PMI)" application. Make sure to follow the FDRS on-screen instructions carefully. For claiming, use causal part 18C869 and labor operation numbers 12651D and 12651D4. |
| SSM 54334 | 2025-11-04. Service bulletin. FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Some 2023-2025 Mustang Mach-E vehicles equipped with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) standard range battery (minor feature code HTHAH) built on or after 23-Jun-2023 may exhibit a condition where the displayed high voltage (HV) battery state of charge (SOC) percentage has a sudden reduction greater than 10% while driving. At low SOC, this may also result in a reduction of vehicle power with a turtle light displayed in the cluster. This concern may occur if the vehicle has not been charged to 100% for an extended period of time as this leads to an inaccurate displayed SOC. Advise customers to charge their vehicle to 100% at least once per month to reset the SOC measurement or more often if the condition persists. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). |
| SSM 54313 | 2025-10-28. Service bulletin. LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2020-2025 various Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern. |
| TSB 25-2512 | 2025-10-28. Service bulletin. LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. | TSB 25-2427 | 2025-09-18. Service bulletin. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL; LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit an inoperative Blue Cruise and Lane Keeping system with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U3000:49 with a status byte of 8F stored in the camera module-rear (CMR). This may be due to the CMR software level. NOTE: The driver status monitor camera module may also be called camera module-rear. |
| SSM 54193 | 2025-09-08. Other. VISIBILITY/WIPER. Some 2024-2025 Mustang Mach-E/F-150/F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with 360 degree camera may exhibit a distorted or blurry 360 degree camera image in the center display screen but the rear view camera image is operating correctly.
