20263172026-06-30. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the differential pinion shaft could break and cause a loss of power to the wheels. This could also cause the vehicle to move when the transmission is in Park, if the parking brake is not used. Note: This recall only affects rear-wheel drive models. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a parked vehicle that moves suddenly could create the risk of an injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to repair or replace the rear differential assembly, as necessary.
20224842022-08-29. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the right-rear halfshaft may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the right-rear halfshaft could fail and cause a loss of power to the rear wheels. Also, if this happens and the vehicle is parked without the parking brake on, the vehicle could roll away. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels or a vehicle rollaway could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, replace the right-rear halfshaft. Ford advises that you should use the parking brake each time that you park the vehicle until the recall inspection/repair is completed.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
