| 2020131 | 2020-03-26. Structure. Issue: This recall is for a small number of cars that were sold in United States and imported to Canada. On these vehicles, the door latches could crack and fail due to exposure to high ambient temperatures. If this happens, a door may not properly latch when it is closed. As a result, the door could open while driving. Safety Risk: A door that opens while driving could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Ford or Lincoln dealer to replace the side door latches. |

| 2017183 | 2017-03-29. Structure. On certain vehicles, the door latches may have a broken pawl spring tab. This could result in the door not latching correctly. As a result, doors which appear to be latched could unlatch while driving. This could increase the risk of injury to a vehicle occupant seated next to the door, or result in damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace all four door latches with a more robust part. Note: This is an expansion of recall 2015-175. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
