A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
06V3830002006-10-05. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH. ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES CURRENTLY REGISTERED IN THE FOLLOWING STATES: ALASKA, COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, IDAHO, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, MAINE, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, MONTANA, NEBRASKA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, NORTH DAKOTA, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, RHODE ISLAND, SOUTH DAKOTA, UTAH, VERMONT, WEST VIRGINIA, WISCONSIN, AND WYOMING. THE SIDE DOOR LATCH MECHANISMS MAY EXPERIENCE WATER INTRUSION ALLOWING THE LATCH MECHANISM TO FREEZE IN COLD WEATHER. Built 2004-02-16 to 2005-06-20.
05V5150002005-11-09. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY:MOUNTING. ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE STRAPS THAT SECURE THE FUEL TANK TO THE VEHICLE BODY MAY BREAK, CAUSING THE FUEL TANK AND FUEL TANK HEAT SHIELD TO DROP ON THE DRIVESHAFT (ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES) OR EXHAUST SYSTEM (FRONT WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES). Built 2005-01-03 to 2005-06-21.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20062732006-10-19. Other. On certain vehicles, the door latch mechanisms may experience water intrusion that, over time, may wash out grease applied during the manufacturing process. This may allow the latch mechanism to freeze during temperatures significantly below zero degrees Celsius, in combination with a wet environment. As a result, the door latch pawl may not return to the latched position when the door is closed, allowing the door to open while the vehicle is in motion. Correction: Dealers will: 1) install a shield over the front latches; 2) seal a drain hole in the rear window trim moulding on Freestyle rear side doors; and 3) apply grease to all front and rear side-door latch mechanisms.
20053542005-11-10. Fuel System. On certain vehicles, the fuel tank straps may break, potentially resulting in the fuel tank and fuel tank heat shield dropping on the exhaust system (FWD vehicles) or driveshaft (AWD vehicles). If the fuel tank and shield contact the exhaust or driveshaft, the driver may notice noise or a fuel leak. Fuel leakage in the presence of an ignition source may result in a fire. Correction: Dealers will replace both fuel tank straps.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
