Service bulletins for the 2025 Ford F-650

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

29 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

TSB 24-22552024-09-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2024-2025 F-650/F-750 vehicles built on or before 22-Jul-2024 and equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P203B, P206B, and/or P2201:92 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to the software in the PCM. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
