United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
05V4150002005-09-19. PARKING BRAKE:DRIVELINE:HYDRAULIC. ON CERTAIN MEDIUM DUTY CHASSIS CAB VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH HYDRAULIC BRAKES, THE DRIVE LINE PARK BRAKE ANCHOR BOLT MAY BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FATIGUE LOADING. THE BOLT COULD FRACTURE OVER TIME DUE TO INSUFFICIENT CLAMP LOAD AS A RESULT OF IMPROPER ANCHOR BOLT PLATING. Built 2004-06-04 to 2005-03-31.
05V2020002005-05-04. WHEELS. ON CERTAIN CAB CHASSIS VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH ACCURIDE ALUMINUM WHEELS, THE WHEELS WERE NOT PROPERLY PRE-STRESSED. THIS ALLOWS CRACKS TO DEVELOP OVER TIME. Built 2005-02-21 to 2005-03-18.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20052942005-10-05. Brakes. On certain medium duty chassis cab vehicles, incorrect coating was applied to the parking brake assembly anchor bolt during fabrication. This could reduce the fatigue life of the bolt and lead to premature failure. If the anchor bolt were to fail, the park brake may not function and there may be no indication to the driver of the malfunction when the park brake is set. This may cause the vehicle to roll away without warning, potentially resulting in a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, replace defective bolts.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
