TSB 24-20362024-03-07. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; BACK OVER PREVENTION:SOFTWARE. Some 2023-2024 F-Super Duty chassis cab vehicles built on or before 02-Jan-2024 equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit an illuminated MIL with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0133, P0139, and/or P0145 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to the software in the PCM and does not affect vehicle operation. To correct the condition, reprogram the PCM and transmission control module (TCM).
TSB 24-20302024-03-07. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION:SOFTWARE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2023-2024 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit an intermittent interruption of a split shaft PTO system installed by an upfitter. This may be due to the software in the PCM. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) and the transmission control module (TCM).
SSM 521342023-12-19. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION. Various 2021-2024 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with the rear camera on demand feature may exhibit a Please Check Surroundings For Safety or Full View Not Available message when the rear camera button is pressed and the vehicle is not in reverse. Inform customers this condition is considered normal operation and does not affect vehicle durability because the full rear view camera image can only be shown when the vehicle is in reverse. No additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition.
SSM 520032023-11-03. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION; BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA. Some 2023 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with 360-degree camera and blind spot monitoring with trailering may exhibit diagnostic trouble codes (DTCS) U1020:00 And/Or U1036:00 in the image processing module A (IPMA) if the Ford accessories trailer blind spot information system (BLIS) has not been installed by the customer. If DTCs are present and trailer BLIS has not been installed per accessory kit instructions, they should be ignored as the IPMA is attempting to detect the trailer BLIS modules. No further service action is required.
