Service bulletins for the 2024 Ford Edge
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.
54 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

| TSB 24-2263 | 2024-09-02. Service bulletin. ENGINE. Some 2024 Edge and 2023 Nautilus vehicles built on 28-Aug-2023 and through 02-Apr-2024 equipped with a 2.0L EcoBoost engine may experience an illuminated malfunction indicator (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0401 or P2457. Various engine cooling system symptoms which may include an internal/external leak, white smoke from the tailpipe, and/or over-temperature warnings may also be present. This may be due to a transmission fluid heater coolant control valve restricting flow and possibly causing the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler to crack. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the affected parts. |
