20261882026-04-15. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the transmission may not have been reassembled properly after service. As a result, the transmission output shaft splines and/or the transfer case input splines could wear and fail. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels, or the vehicle could move when it's parked and the parking brake isn't used. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. A parked vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the transmission and transfer case.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
