Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair. Safety Risk: A child safety lock that doesn't work properly could allow a child to open a rear door while the vehicle is moving and create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rear door latch(es).
20242482024-04-26. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles, the left-rear quarter glass may not be properly attached. As a result, the glass could become loose and separate from the vehicle. Note: This recall only affects Bronco Heritage edition models equipped with a hard top. This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2024-123. Safety Risk: A glass panel that detaches from a moving vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
