A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
98V1680031998-10-05. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: ALL WHEEL DRIVE PASSENGER VEHICLES. LOCKUP OF THE TRANSFER CASE CAN OCCUR DUE TO INSUFFICIENT LUBRICATION. Built 1991-07-01 to 1996-06-30.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
19982041998-10-21. Powertrain. On certain vehicles, leakage of lubricating oil from the transfer case could result in low levels of lubrication causing possible bearing seizure and wheel lock-up. This could result in loss of vehicle control and a possible crash. Correction: Transfer case will be inspected for low fluid level, evidence of oil leakage and operational performance, and will be repaired as necessary. If the transfer case does not operate properly, it will be replaced.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
