Safety Risk: A motorcycle that falls over could create a risk of injury to nearby people. Corrective Actions: Ducati will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to replace the side stand. |

Over time, this could cause the battery terminal to break. If this happens, there would be sudden loss of power and the engine may stall. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ducati will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to inspect and re-route the negative battery cable, as needed. Dealers will also ensure that the battery is properly secured. |
