Please follow the following steps before considering an IPC replacement: 1) Charge the Battery Ensure the battery is fully charged. 2) Soft Reset Perform a soft reset on the IPC. 3) Power-Up Issue 4) If the IPC does not power up, proceed with the following steps: a. Disconnect the battery. b. Reconnect the battery. 5) If condition still exists, consider IPC replacement.
