Pentastar Oil Filter Adapter All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L engine; If replacing the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) due to a leak detected between OFA and block, an O-ring kit (68191356AA) is now available to repair OFA/Block Interface leaks. Using dye will assist in determining source of leak. Ensure OFA Cap Oring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. Engineering is seeking information regarding OFA leaks. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following (DTCs) set in the PCM memory: · **P0456 - EVAP System Small Leak. · P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit. · P2610 - PCM Internal Engine Off Timer Performance.** · U0140 - Lost Communication With Body Control Module. Unable to accurately increase or decrease the cruise control set speed using the resume or set buttons while the instrument cluster is set on metric units.
